I am talking about a free software that turns your WM Smartphone into a Wi-Fi Router. It is easy to use because once you run it for the first time it sets up an ad-hoc Wi-Fi network called WMWifiRouter.
The beauty of WMWifiRouter is that your cell phone is a standard Wi-Fi router that ANYONE can use without the Bluetooth requirement. This way you can connect to the internet from any other wireless device like a laptop.
